Pulled Muscle Under My Right Boob??

So I was hosting my sister's baby shower this weekend and somehow (I think) I pulled a muscle under my boob. Might have been when my DD started hurling the cake pops I made at the wall and i quickly reached to stop her. Weird spot, i know, but it kills. Anyone else every have this happen to them? It still hurts pretty bad today so I'm debating on whether I should call the Dr. or not. Could it be something else?? Not sure how long pulled muscles usually take to heal.
