Grr--person commenting on my weight on FB

So I'm reading through my newsfeed and I notice that two of my friends are writing on each other's walls regarding a get together.  One writes "I saw [my name] the other day --- she's getting really big, for her"  My other friend didn't respond but I was so bothered by the comment!  I'm trying not to be too sensitive these days but it just really bothered me.
