cramping around 16 weeks?

Since Saturday, I have had quite a few cramps off and on. They aren't too painful (kind of a dull ache), last for a few seconds and then it goes away. Is there a growth spurt around this time? I'm thinking my uterus is just growing, but I don't remember these kinds of cramps with DS. I am already starting to feel some movement, so that's reassuring but this is still a tad bit unsettling.
