HELP! With everything!

I am a first time mom! I have so many questions! When do you start a baby registry? I am also worried about things like which is the best bottle? I am in to usin all natural products, how important is it to use them with my baby? What is the best stroller? There is so much confusion iny head! Anything would help! If there's something I haven't asked but you would like to tell me PLEASE feel free! Thanks!
