wellbutrin and birth defects

I was on Celexa before I became pregnant. I was put on wellbutrin because I was told it was much safer. I'm still a bit concerned and I feel like I should taper off. Has anyone else been on wellbutrin while pregnant and had birth defects? I'm concerned.
