recurring yeast rash on boy

Hey everyone, looking for some expertise here. My son had a bad yeast rash a couple of weeks ago. We went to sposies used all the right creams and everything and it went away. I stripped the diapers, and he was in them for 4 days before he got another rash. In between we actually had an issue with maggots so I bleached, stripped and washed the dipes again like a million times. I cannot for the life of me figure out why he's getting more rashes. It's relatively mild I think because we catch it early. Any thoughts on how to help prevent this? Thanks!
