Bottle Warmers and Sterilizers?

Pretty much finished up our registries yesterday. Now i just have to weed through them and see if we really need everything and if we missed anything.
The sales person at BBB told me I had to have both a bottle warmer and a bottle sterilizer. How important do you ladies, especially repeat moms feel these are?

I feel so overwhelmed by all of this stuff and really don't want to end up with all kinds of things just to find out i don't really need them.
