are these contractions!!!!!

pain through my stomach feels like hardening bh but it these dont make my stomach hard. all the way around to my lower back. feels nothing like period cramps. more like my stomach is getting pulled apart or something. it has been happening for 2 hours straight. i just starting time them the first one i timed is 3min 30 sec apart lasting for 30 seconds. i am going to continue to time to see if they are consistent. thoughts????
