Pressure

I have felt pretty good up until now with the exception of some lower back pain and being pretty moist "down there." Today though, I have a lot of pressure when I stand. I'm a second time mom and I thought the baby didn't "drop" this time. Have any of your experienced a lot more pressure? It feels like the baby is pushing down on my cervix.
