1-year ago today I asked STBEXH for a separation....

And so it begins, the month of "1-year ago today....."

Feb 3rd, I asked him for a seperation and to move out

Feb 11th, He actually moved out.

Feb 21st, He attacked me.....

So here I am, a year later from being seperated. STBEXH took a plea deal on the criminal crap and will spend the next few years in State Prison followed by 5 years of probation.  No closer to divorce though because we can't come to an agreement and we can't get in for a pre-trial in my county until Sept 2012.  He seems to think that even though he is in prison that some judge is going to give him joint custody and visitation.  It will all work out eventally.
