Can I use cocoa butter for lotion or skin oil after bath?

I have Johnson and Johnson baby lotion and the night time lavender..but sometimes I feel like the smell is overload.

Can I use a St. Ives cocoa butter lotion since baby has dry skin? 

I also have this all natural oil I got at Whole Foods for stretch marks..very softening..
