serious hemorroids..help

I have a serious case of hemorroids right now. I plan on calling my OB tomorrow morning about this but wanted to see if anyone else was having this problem and what has worked for them.

 I've tried wipes, suppositories and Colace and nothing has worked. I've read that some OB have prescribed steroid creams, anyone use them? Anything else?

My biggest fear right now is pushing Lo out and still have the hemorroids. I usually post on my BMB but wanted to get as many responses as possible.
