2+ moms - gift for second-timer?

My husband's office had a work shower for him (us, but it was a surprise in the middle of the work day so I didn't attend) and also a pregnant co-worker of his.  After the shower the other honoree got us a gift, and we'd like to get her something as well.  I'm a FTM, but she's already got one, so I think she has the basics covered and the sex is the same.  What would you want as a nice-to-have gift?  I could always do a gift card for somewhere that sells diapers, but is there anything else?
