Scraping feeling near belly button?

Anyone else experience discomfort that almost feels like being scraped internally by the baby?  If so, what is this - just crowding? Baby's fingernails?

I'm feeling a lot of pressure in this area just below my belly button, on the right side only. Occasionally the pressure intensifies to a painful scraping feeling.

I haven't really noticed any BH contractions so far in my pregnancy, at least not that I recall.  I'm assuming this isn't a contraction since the sensation is located in a pretty specific area, but I don't know. This is my first pregnancy; I'm at 31 weeks right now.

I'm not terribly alarmed, but any thoughts/advice appreciated.
