Babywise - Awake time?

For those of you following Babywise, what do you do to keep baby awake during "awake time?"  The past couple of days, DD has been falling asleep after feeding and I can't seem to keep her awake to do tummy time.  This seems to be a new thing.

What do you do?  I'm afraid if I let her sleep too much n the day, we won't be working towards STTN, and goodness knows I can't wait for a nice 5, 6, 7, or 8 hour stretch of sleep!  She is only 4 weeks, so maybe I'm being too concerned.
