Movin on over... introduction... PIP

Well hello, mommies! I thought I'd share a bit of my story and introduce myself, since I'm now a 0-3 mommy.  

My son came Sunday evening, 20 days early.  My water broke at 8am with no contractions or warning at all. We got to the hospital at about 8:40am and I was 70% effaced and only 1cm dilated, so we got started on pitocin.  I didn't have much progress at first, but between 3pm and 4 pm I jumped from 4cm to 9.5cm and I was pushing by 4:30pm.  My beautiful son was born at 5:06pm - a very healthy 7lbs 7oz and 20.5 inches long.  I'm very grateful for my easy delivery and my healthy son. I can't even begin to describe how proud I am to finally be a mommy - we tried for 4 years and suffered through 2 miscarriages so this really is a blessing! Now I'm just hoping to get some sleep while we're still here in the hospital. I'm sure this is going to be an adventure, but I can't wait to start talking with all of you! Hope you all are well!
