Sister and Mom Vent - Shots for LO

What are your thoughts on shots/vaccinces for your LO? I'm getting bombarded with my mom and sister regarding the vaccines I'll be giving LO. Has anyone heard or refused certain ones? With my emotions so up and down I've been getting defensive quick with them as I don't need something else to worry about when I'm barely getting use to the basics! Help!
