fussy at 8 oclock...help

our night time routine usually starts 930...consists of upstairs, clean diaper, jammies, swaddle, book from mommy,  expressed bottle from daddy...(so we know he is getting a full belly) this is after feeding him around 630

the last few nights he has been getting fussy around 8...

do you think this means we should be feeding his bottle and starting our night time routine at 8??...or feed from the boob at 8 and do routine at 930-10

im worried that he will just be up at 11 anyways. plus he is hard to get down...so he may be up til 11 anyways and then be hungry...soooo our routine would just start again. diaper change, swaddle, eat (but then it would be the boob...or should it be another bottle to stick with the evening routine...) we are not getting anyyyyyyyy alone time yet...oy.
