Constipation? Poop like putty?--- TMI (obviously :)

Hey all...

Was wondering if anyone had experienced this with their baby. My son is 6 weeks old and normally poops every other day. I'm BF and supplementing with formula due to low supply. Today when he pooped he had big chunks that were more like putty. I'm guessing this might be a little constipated? Anyone have any thoughts or ideas how to help?
