Q from 3T: Should I buy The Windi?

I already have the Snotsucker but I was reading on a baby blog about The Windi. The thought kinda freaks me out but if it will possibly help my baby, I will get it. Has anyone needed it? Is it easy to use and does it work? Thank you.
