Am I in labor?

I had my membranes stripped 4 days ago, then again yesterday. I have had bloody mucus for the past 2 days, heavy at times. I have tried walking, but I am to the point that my pelvic muscles are so sore I can't even lift my legs anymore. The spasms start in my pelvic area and radiate to my hips and down to my legs. By the end, my legs feel like jello and they tingle. Then the pain will start to stab in my pelvis...then it will stop altogether. This is my first baby, so I have no idea what to look for. I am having painless BH contractions, small sporadic back pain, and I am 3cm dilated. The doctor said the baby is really low and my cervix is up front and thin. Could I be in early labor, or will I go into labor soon? I know it is different for everyone, but any suggestions or advice are appreciated!
