nap time

how many naps and for how long are your LOs having? i am trying to follow the EASY method, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't - but we have a major battle in getting DD (almost 11 weeks) to nap. I do the pick her up put her down thing, and sometimes it's one try, and sometimes its 10+ and 5 min. catnaps and by that time it's been 2 hours so I try to feed her.

anyone have any suggestions? 

also ... we try to make bedtime 8:00p (following bath usually), however, it usually takes us 2 - 2.5 hours to get her to sleep!! she's impossible. i keep telling her that later in life she is going to want that sleep
