Really loooong Braxton Hicks?

I woke up late last night to pee and noticed that my belly was rock hard, like harder than it has ever been, I couldn't find a cushy spot at all. I figured it was a BH but the hardness lasted for at least 5 minutes before softening. And now I've experienced that same thing several more times this morning. They don't hurt, they just last a long time.

Have you heard of this? Really loooong BH? Is it abnormal? Something you'd call your practitioner about?
