What can I expect today?

January 2012 in 3rd Trimester

How dialated do you think you would have to be to be sent to the hospital from a doctor's appointment? I am 3 days past my due date and last Monday was measuring "a good 3 cm" and 75% effaced. I have another appointment this morning along with an ultrasound to check baby's size. Just wondering what I could expect. I was induced with DD 9 days past my due date.
