I feel like a FTM asking this, I really should know this. But last time I think lost my plug with my bloody show, it didn't come out in one piece and I honestly don't even remember seeing it.

I've been having discharge today that's clumps of white, booger-y, chunky stuff. EW! Sorry for the TMI.

Is this probably my mucous plug coming out in pieces?

(I've been having contractions daily for the past week. I was contracting every 3 minutes and was 1cm dilated on Monday last week. They haven't been regular for long periods of time though, just a few hours and they go away)
