UTI help!!

I went to our local ER last Tuesday with symptoms of a bladder infection, in a lot of pain. The prescribed me Keflex for a UTI...though my symptoms were more like a burning in my bladder. After several days, I had no relief. I got in to see my OB on Friday and he prescribed me Sulfa(sp?). By Friday night, my symptoms were gone! My OB called to check on me yesterday and I told him how wonderful I felt. However, last night my symptoms have totally come back. 

Has anyone else had experience with this? Is there anything else to do for relief? It doesn't hurt when I pee, it just feels like my side is burning afterwards and I have the frequent need to go.
