Lost ....with a 3 month old

My baby boy just turned 3 months. As he gets bigger and more aware of his surroundings I find myself questioning everything I do. Am I stimulating him enough? And am I stimulating him the right way, or too much. I'm so lost with what I should and shouldn't do with him. Can Anyone give me some pointers on what I should be doing right now that already has children or even a clue! Is tv ok for him?  Is it ok to let him fuss and cry for a few minutes? etc........     UGH....... I'm so sick of worrying about wether or not im doing the right thing and his next well check up isn't for another month.........advice please!!!!
