Blood pressure

Hi ladies

Just got back from my 38 week appointment and my blood pressure was high for the first time (120/90). I did a urine sample and it was negative for protein. I am a FTM and I'm kind of freaking out, so  I'm sorry if this post is a little neurotic! I drink so much water now, I actually drank a huge bottle right before my appointment, so I'm pretty sure my urine sample was all just water- can they really test accurately for proteins off of that?? And I'm really concerned about what this means for my baby! Does this have the potential to do my baby harm? I was given no instructions to Do anything differently or anything, and just have a normal appointment scheduled for next week. Anyone have experience with this?? I need some advice! Thanks in advance
