XP: Burned Out Pump!

I've been EP for about 2 months now. Yesterday my pump started losing it's suction and it's a good thing my SIL had given me a back-up for work! I was using the Playtex Petite Double Electric Pump, one because I am using their bottles and two because it had a lower price tag and I wasn't sure how long I was going to be able to pump...Now I think I burned out the motor from using it so much! At least, I think that's the problem or the tubing is clogging, which I can't see that it is. I was really happy with this one until then, I was getting great results!!

Should I just get a new pump or try to replace the tubing first??

If I do get a new pump, can anyone tell me if there are any for under $200 that they use successfully? I've heard great things about the Medela, but I'd like to see if any EPers out there use anything different. Maybe Ameda, Lasinoh, or Tommee Tippee? TIA! Oh...my requirements would be to have an electric double pump!
