"Cluster feeding" at night for almost a week?

For some reason LO has been doing this mini-cluster feeding for about a week. He won't go to bed any earlier than 11pm, and wakes up 2 or 3 times in the middle of the night. Sometimes he'll wake up to eat like 2 oz., then wakes up an hour or less later to eat more or because he's gassy. Sleep for 2-4 hours and then is hungry again. H wakes up at 7 to get ready for work, which is usually time for another bottle and then we both go back to sleep. I don't know if this is suppose to be a growth spurt or what, but it's getting frustrating. LO is mostly FF, I pump a little but have supply/latching issues. He eats Enfamil Gentlease during the day and we transition to Enfamil AR at night, then back to Gentlease in the AM. We have a pedi appointment on Tuesday, not sure if we should switch completely over to the AR because one night we gave him only the AR and he got constipated. Any advice (besides try to breastfeed more)?
