So yeah, probably a TMI post just to warn you.

I hadn't pooped for a day or two, then out of nowhere this morning I must've emptied my large intestines! I was shocked! The schedule of bowel movement was normal, but the amount took me by surprise.

Anyone else on an irregular all-at-once bowel movement schedule these days?
