Anyone with a Nanny?

I got back to work in less than 2 weeks and we put a deposit down on a daycare center but agreed that we would prefer to have one-on-one care for our daughter so we've started the search for a nanny. I was just curious if anyone here has a nanny and how they like it? Also.. if you have any advice that would be great! (contract, interview questions, etc.. ). We have some information but I don't know anyone who has hired a nanny before, so we're a little apprehensive to the process.
