# of outfits to buy?

I just read a post on another baby site about the # and sizes of outfits you should pre-buy. For example, 10 or each: 0-3mnth, 3-6,  6-9, 9-12 and 20+ onsies and socks ect. Should I register for some of this stuff? I'm 25 weeks & picked up a few cutsie outfits, but only a few. Any advice would be appreciated, I'm a little nervous now.
