Freaking myself out...please help!

Okay, so last night as I was getting undressed I noticed that my nipples looked a lot lighter in color (they were almost a purple color before) and they looked smaller than before. This really concerned me, I started to freak out that maybe I wasn't pregnant anymore (the baby had died in utero). I started to overanalyze everything! Like for example, last week I had a really full feeling all the time (almost like when you have to pee really bad) and this week I'm not experience that at all. Also, I went from feeling horrible to not feeling anything at all this week.

I'm really scared that something has happened and I'm just hoping that someone has experienced this before. I know I'm probably just being parnoid, being a FTM and all, but I was just diagnosed with high blood pressure and I'm worried something happened.
