Breast soreness on only one side?

Both of my breasts were sore for the first several weeks that I was pregnant and then it went away for a while. Now I'm having a lot of soreness in just my right breast. It hurts even when I'm not touching it...like right now I'm just sitting at work and it's really bothing me. A few days ago my nipple on my right side itched really bad. Is it possible to have an infection or something? It's bugging me!

One husband, two cats, one dog, and now a brand new baby! Life is about to get really exciting.
