A bit of a rant. NPR

I have been going back and forth with this woman since JUNE of last year In regards to buying her yoga studio. The woman offered to sell it to me. Now she thinks it is unreasonable to ask for the necessary documents to see what ja actually been happening within her company. She's a terrible bookkeeper so there isn't any financial statements... I am basically taking over her entity an assuming her liabilities so ok dummy show me what I have so I know what I'm taking on. To top it of she has NO idea how the sale should go down, and whoever is giving her advice also has no idea.  Her attorney has confused in mine that tis woman is a pain in his you know what and he is constantly having to convince her "this is how this needs to be done."

It might be unethical but she has no idea I'm pregnant. I want this sale DONE so I can own my own studio and begin to put things on track. I feel like I am in limbo..... Ahhh so frustrating!!
