Discharge questions

Okay I know it's normal to have that milky white discharge during pregnancy. (I'm 18 weeks) But is it normal to actually feel it kind of spurt out? I'm not talking about a gushing feeling with a lot of fluid coming out, but just a tiny leak?

This is my first, so I never knew that people could leak amniotic fluid until I started reading about pregnancies, so of course with every little leak I've convinced myself that's what I'm leaking lol I have a doctors appointment on Thursday, so I will definitely mention it to my OB then. I was just wondering if this is something I should be worried about? My husband has our only working car at the moment, so I have no way of getting to my OB before Thursday.
