XP: sore belly

The top of my belly is really sore, and kinda tender to the touch. My back is hurting, the top of my belly, and I've had a few contractions today (I've been having a few contractions a day for about 2 weeks now, dr is not super concerned yet). All of that, the belly and back pain, has me a bit worried. I figured I would ask if anyone has had this before I call L&D..since my drs office doesnt have a after hours call center. Thoughts?
