I got a couple of migraines in my first trimester but today was scary. I lost my vision, couldn't feel my hands, my lips, and inside of my mouth. I then felt like the whole world slowed down and I couldn't speak right. My husband started freaking out and wanted to go to the emergency room. I insisted on eating and it helped but the migraine has been with me for eight hours. Is a trip to the ER needed?
