Not Eating Enough??

My DD is 12wks, she's on the larger side in the 99th percentile, 261/2 inches, 14.8 pounds. She has been dealing with severe allergy issues for the past three weeks or so. Since that began her eating is just all over the place. Some bottles she'll take 6oz some she'll only take 2, I keep track of her intake trying to make sure she get's 24oz minimum but aiming for 30 daily. How can I get her to be a more productive eater it really sucks when she won't take a full bottle at her time which the. I have to feed her almost every hour and half to 2. It is very difficult to get her back to a normal schedule for eating, any suggestions ?
