Breast Pain

XP from breastfeeding:

Last night I was woken up by a sharp, stabbing, localized pain in my left breast. It was severe enough that it was hard to get back to sleep. It has been happening again this morning. I am not sure if this is related to milk production (seems a bit early?), pregnancy, whatever...and if I should just grin and bear it, or be worried.
