Baby choking on bottles (xp)

Please help!  DS has been mainly breastfed and will be 3 months old on Monday.  I go back to work on Tuesday and need help.  Every time that we try to give him a bottle he chokes on it.  We have tried at least 5 different bottles with stage 1 nipples (Dr Browns, Breastflow, Gerber, Tommee Tippee, and one other I can't think of now). He takes the bottle but it seems like it flows too fast or too much and the poor little guy chokes and the spits it out.  Any advice or experiences to get DS to take the bottle and not choke?  I go back to work next week and don't want to starve my little boy.
