Baby has days & nights confused!

My LO sleeps all day, only waking up every 2 hours or so to eat, then stays up almost all night and won't go back to sleep! We've tried playing with him and keeping him up during the day but he still falls asleep. He's only 11 days old, so should I just wait and see if he gets things figured out? Or is there anything we can do to get him on a better schedule?
