what do you do with your LO to encourage tummy time?

i'm trying to get him interested in toys and follow objects with eyes, but he is having a hard time lifting his head and when he does, it doesn't last long. He gets tired and fusses a lot.

are there any successful tummy time mammas? what do u do with your LO to improve?
