Discharge and Pantiliners

Has anyone else had constant discharge since the beginning of their pregnancy?  I am almost 15 weeks and sometimes I can feel it come out and other times it just is there, on my pantiliner.  No weird smell but sometimes it's off white, yellow, yellow-green and sometimes with tiny clumps (like when I wake up). 

I was just wondering if this was normal and if anyone else feels like they are a slave to panitliners.  I don't know about you but I thought when you got pregnant you didn't have to worry about taking anything in the bathroom with you, but now it's every time instead of just once a month!

I'm not complaining, just wondering if anyone can relate.  TMI I know but had to ask!  Isn't that what these boards are for?!
