Labor with narrow hips?

I am 5 foot and I wore a size 00 before getting pregnant. Both of my parents were small. I am pregnant with my first child, and my concern is that I really want to have an all natural birth, but I'm afraid that because of my narrow hips I may have to have a c-section. I know hips generally widen during pregnancy, but my fear is that I'm still going to have problems trying to deliver vaginally. Has anyone else had this fear? Do you think my chances of having a c-section are higher because of how small I am?
