LO not eating her usual!

My LO has had multiple problems with her formulas and we have tried many since we switched from breast milk. We started her on Enfamil AR last tuesday and she did very well on it with no problems until today.....her normal amount is 5oz every 3-4 hours during the day. Today total she has only eaten about 6 oz and is just screaming while trying to drink the rest. She does have acid reflux but this formula was fixing that maybe it acting up again?? Should I be worried and call the pedi tomorrow morning or just let her be for another day?? TIA
