What To Do With LO?

I'm wondering what else I can do with DS at this point. We do tummy time a couple times a day, I sing songs and read to him. I hold stuff in front of his face and try to get him to track it. I play "This Little Piggy" on his toes and fingers. What else is there to do, so I don't tear my hair out from the repetition? Any suggestions to help me switch it up a bit?
