Question re: time zones

So LO and I have been visiting my relatives while I have been on maternity leave which is on the west coast two hours behind where we live central time zone. We have been here for almost 2 weeks and will be going back home to central time zone area next week. She has been sleeping pretty good here in California however I am worried that being back in Texas she will be confused on when it is time to go to bed.

Question: What should I do to make the transition back to central time zone for my LO who will be 12 weeks next week?
