Post-partum rash?

I had my LO 9 days ago and I've had a very dry, itchy, red rash on my hands all the way up the back of my arms for a few days. I've tried using cocoa butter but it just makes it itch even worse! Is this a normal symptom after giving birth? Or should I get it checked out?
